Users are billed at the end of their free trial. Subscriptions are available monthly or yearly. Automatic renewals occur unless canceled through the app before the next renewal date. There are no refunds as IndieTracker provides immediate access to data.

In no event will PixelGrid's total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or from the use of or inability to use IndieTracker exceed the amounts you have paid to Vincent Imhoff for use of IndieTracker or fifty euros (€50), if you have not had any payment obligations to PixelGrid, as applicable.The exclusion and limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between PixelGrid and you.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion. Users may cancel their subscription through the billing portal in the app.
